Especially for plantar fasciitis/fasciosis, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, old ankle sprains, and any old ligamentous/tendon injury that is worse with cold.

NOT intended for acute injuries or those with inflammation. May make worse. Please consult Talia Dahms, L.Ac. if you have any questions regarding this product and whether or not it is suited for your use.

Ingredients: gui zhi, hong hua, ai ye, chuan hua jiao, liu ji nu, shen jin cao, zhi cao wu, du huo, fang feng, cang zhu

Directions: Empty herbs into large pot with enough water to cover injured area. Cover pot and bring to a boil. Turn down flame and simmer 25 minutes. Remove pot from stove and let cool (to warm). Once cooled, soak for 20 minutes. Soak 2 times a day for 7-10 days. Reheat soak to warm temperature before next use. Herbs can be strained or left in decoction. Store at room temperature.
