Tendon Relaxing Herbal Soak

This soak is slightly warming, increasing local circulation. It relaxes muscles & tendons that are in spasm. Especially for when there is continued pain & restricted movement after the initial inflammation & swelling are gone.

Ingredients: ru xiang, chuan hua jiao, gao ben, dang gui wei, wu jia pi, hai tong pi, hong hua, chuan lian zi, jiang huang, tu fu ling, qiang huo, sang ji sheng

Directions: Empty herbs into large pot with enough water to cover injured area. Cover pot and bring to a boil. Turn down flame and simmer 25 minutes. Remove pot from stove and let cool (to warm). Once cooled, soak for 20 minutes. Soak 2 times a day for 7-10 days. Reheat soak to warm temperature before next use. Herbs can be strained or left in decoction. Store at room temperature.
